Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Nashke Coaching, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services while respecting your time and ours. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans may change. To manage our time effectively and offer the best service to all clients, we ask that you observe the following:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled without penalty.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the session may be eligible for a 50% refund or may be rescheduled once without additional charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable, and rescheduling is at the discretion of Nashke Coaching.
2. No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
3. Medical or Personal Emergencies
We understand that emergencies can occur unexpectedly. In the event of a medical or personal emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer:

Full rescheduling of the session at no extra cost

Refunds in full or in part, at our discretion
We may request documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note) for repeated or last-minute emergency cancellations.
4. Package Sessions
For coaching packages (e.g., multi-session bundles):

If you cancel the entire package before the first session, a full refund will be issued.

If you've already begun the package, used sessions will be charged at the standard single-session rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded (if applicable).

Refunds on partially used packages are granted on a case-by-case basis.

6. Changes by Nashke Coaching
In rare cases, we may need to reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will contact you promptly to arrange a new time or offer a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
